For what it costed us so far, we could have put solar panels on every home and built the infrastructure for electric and hybrid vehicles. Which woudl have enabled us to shut down every coal fueled electric plant, and we'd most likely be ahead of proposed goals for the Kyoto and Paris agreements.

I know it. It makes me sad.
