Why can't anyone see my pics?

Is there a waiting period? I have 5 photos up. I can see them, but the people viewing my profile all state that they cannot.

Check your settings maybe you’ve made some things private

On the LEVELS page it says that I have uploaded zero; although I have already uploaded 5 pics.
