We are mixing too many theories, here, Probability, Chaos and Schrödinger's uncertainty principle. forget the luck of spinning a coin, for you would need to know the precise position of every atom in the universe to make an accurate prediction, and although extremely difficult, it would not be random, given all the data

Don't know if you'd need the position of every atom (or quark), but I get what you mean. Saying that, tho, means that even if we can't predict it with total accuracy, it isn't random.
