Latchkey/free-range parenting. It's a whole generation and there has been a lot of fantastic and unfortunately minded people in it. It was a generation of rebellion and a lot of change. Birthed both gen x and millennials. I'm the second of the two and I know there are some amazing and lazy af people in my generation. More productive than previous generations but fearful of sickdays.

It appears what we boomers have given the world is Trump and Trumpism. Trump didn't come from nowhere, and has been gestating for a very long time.

The biggest impacts of the Baby Boomer generation in general are the intense crime wave of their youth and the blatant disregard for the future their old age.

Of course those are just in general observations and many individual Boomers are awesome people.
