The artist sees this as a cult like worship of capitalism, and as such one would have thought thinking Christians would embrace it or at least not attack it. But no. The knee jerk reaction of too many Christians to such things is all too common.

Good theme, but occupied Palestine is not the place for such a sculpture. It belongs in an imperialist capitalist country where it would be a relevant critique.
