Block and follow

How can someone be following me and have me blocked at the same time?

I received a notification that GreenAtheist is following me, but when I click on the notice it say "GreenAtheist is not available." Same thing with a username search.

This is way too stalkerish.

Level 8

You can double block him..
Ie: go into your settings and you can type in his name, forcing a block on your side.. this way he can't unblock you at random times and look at your posts.

The code looks at the blocks before sending any notices. T
