If religious organizations want to get involved in child welfare, or any government funded functions, it is time to remove their tax exempt status. Religion belongs in the churches and at home, not our government.

The courts should overturn this as it is obviously discriminatory. But... it’s a faith-based organization, so.... we will have to wait and see.
