HOW DO I RESPOND WHEN ASKED TO PRAY AT WORK PLACE.
Hello everyone. There is this culture in my working place where every morning as we start duties a member is asked to pray after morning gathering. in charge pick individual randomly to pray. How am I supposed to respond if am asked to pray as a non believer?

Hi..
Start simply by sitting comfortably and focusing on your breathing.
Look up on line some technical, but try not to make it too complicated.
I hope it helps in that situation, but I'm pretty confident it will overall. You can really meditate almost a there and anytime.
