No excuses . If u are on that heavy drugs ( Bcz I can't think any other possible pass on that ), then u shouldn't reproduce at the first place or take your kid and self out to public . I have seen stories of how people forget kids in cars . And devices for sale to remind u to not forget your kid in the car ! Really . I feel sorry for any kid that was born to idiots . Their future is not promising and that's a tragedy . As for the parents , the cold heart I am , I don't give a rats ass and they get no excuse pass from me .

I might forget something, but a baby wouldn't be one of them.
