Lived in Belgium from 3rd-8th grade where it rains 250-260 days out of the year. 40+ yrs. later and still not a fan of rainy days.

I find them very relaxing and a nice time to just sit back and read a book and play with my dogs. It was also a day I could hide from a very strick mother and not worry about her whims
