All this is so true, nobody denies it, they just try to hide it, ignore it or not talk about it. The spread of christianity starts not by a 'miracle' but by Constantine I, who was the roman emperor that calls for the First Counsil of Nicaea. It represents the first “ecumenical” council formed by representatives from the vast majority of the christian world, and secondly it marks the first time when a civil penalty was used to enforce Christian orthodoxy.
