What's interesting is how Trump is referred to in this article. No "President." Just "Mr. Trump." Too bad Trump's to stupid to understand the subtle inference.

All living former US Presidents continue to be addressed as "Mr. President", both formally and informally, and contemporary experts on etiquette now maintain that it is entirely appropriate.
