And he being an attorney, don't they have some kind of oath to adhere to?

An attorney is an officer of the courts. They do have to follow rules. If they break those ruled they can be disbarred.... I didn't realize the play on words dis-BARRed until I typed it. LOL...

@Jolanta Not likely. Barr specifically and deliberately uses gray areas of the law as justifications. It would be hard to prove he deliberately broke the rules.
