I usualy drink coffee, but will have tea every once in a while for a change.

I drink tea. They tell me it contains fluoride so I shouldn't. Or perhaps drink white tea but I don't know it or what it tastes like.

The tea contains fluoride, or the water you are making it with?

@CeliaVL That too I guess but I was thinking of just the tea when I made the comment.

@brentan It is not considered a problem in the UK . PErhaps our natural fluoride levels are lower than the US .

@CeliaVL I hope that applies in Ireland too.

@brentan Sorry! I didn't look where you were. i tend to assume people are in the US. I will remember in future.Are you really worried about fluoride in tea? Given all the other things to worry about, it seems like a bit of a non-problem.

@CeliaVL No problem. I'm not really worried. I had watched a YT video about it recently.
