Suddenly cannot Edit or Reply

Suddenly the tabs below my posts and comments are not working, most importantly:
Edit and Reply
It's frustrating.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

After clearing my browser, the Edit and Reply buttons work. Still cannot approve a new member's comment.
Sporadically over the last few days, especially editing.
