I can understand how my ancestors had to submit to this trick, as it was a tool for survival. But after all the struggles that we've had just to obtain Civil Rights, so that we can be free citizens...I can't understand how the overwhelming majority of blacks prefer to remain enslaved by a directive from their oppressors.

It's not that they don't have the information...as to what happened. They just ABSOLUTELY refuse to summon the will to think, critically. Yet they constantly walk around saying that they are "WOKE"
WTF?!

(I wrote this and then read the article but will let it stand) Remember that most slaves were born in this country and were indoctrinated as children that they would receive rewards in the afterlife they could never receive in this life. It’s similar to the doctrine that Muslims have that they will receive tremendous reward in the next life. Having doctrine pounded into your body every minute of every day is very effective.
