It is incredible to me that basically nothing that has happened to this point has given virtually any of them the slightest pause.

Somewhere north of 80% support from self-identified Republicans last I looked. Trump's approval ratings never seems to drop below the mid-30s either.

Depressing.

If I were younger I would depart for New Zealand or one of the Nordic countries or someplace sane. I used to think it was enough to stay away from the Bible Belt but this is ridiculous.

Pretty much no matter what happens I'm going to die in a very different country than I was born in, if I stay here. It's not like what Trump has damaged or undermined or corrupted or normalized just returns to the way it was the day he leaves office.

Sometimes it seems like every stable thing I used to be able to count on has to go down in flames while I watch. Some pride in my country and some sense that it was the best place to be was one of the last things left to me.

I am afraid nothing will change a Trump supporter.. I don't get it. Whenever I try to talk to any one who supports Trump I get a stomacha ache. If I though for a second I could get them to understand how awful and dangerous he is to the whole world not just the US. He is about to meet with North Korea Kim Jong and he has talked to no one. Trump is going to wing it. Good lord. I honestly think Kim Jong Un has more sense.

For those of you in other places. Bernie Sanders should have been elected. The way the electoral college is set up the people who vote republicans have
are over represented. in many ways. HIllry Clinton had 2 million more popular votes than Trump. but this electoral college was supposed to stop this from happening. So many of us here are being held hostage by this system . We have no power. I see Poland, FRance or even the UK have some people who want to move in the direction of Trump. if you can do anything work to stop them. 98% of us are poor. How is it they can hold us hostage. Is this seomthign we can change world wide?

Ummm ... They are Trump supporters, cracked by definition ...... what was the question again?
