Today it was pointed out they knew this would happen, but they needed it on record for when they go to court. This won't stand up in court. There is no law to support what her lawyers were instructing her to do.
The only thing they can do is stall, because they have no real legal footing.

Great example set by Dtrump..so is this a precedent if it is good enough for the president to do this it is perfectly acceptable by everyone else, Just asking
