Technology is great but do you ever feel like it's running your life? I feel like it's eating my time and I'm thinking of just scheduling my screen time. Has anyone else done that?

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.since 1995 my emails have been coming in much faster than I can block unwanted spam shit ....I just gave up spending more than 5 minutes deleting an entire page from an evil sender....accordingly I have over 700 thousand unread emails along with 100 thousand subject lines I have read and a few thousand replies of mine over the years....
