LOL. Well, I guess there is that. I mean, If you're gonna have to survive Indiana, at least maybe you'll not be in credit card jail. 😛😛😛

I'll bet you dollars to donuts that those balances listed are about 4 times lower than the real amounts... At least! Thankfully I am at a time in my life where I carry a zero balance from month to month.

I am not so sure this statistic equals the lowest legal interest rate for credit cards statewide.....it appears to be the total state debt divided by number of accounts.....or if it does it still means Indiana people spend less plastic
