I agree that it's not mental illness, it's anger and if that's mental illness then we're all mentally ill.

It is anger and the inability to deal with it in a healthy manner

I believe that if it was just mental illness then they would just kill themselves. It's anger that makes them kill others. They need to make people pay and feel like they do.

@IAJO163 No matter how logical your explanations are, these men are unfit for human society and need to be brought up to a minimum standard of behavior.

@Spinliesel Agreed but that concept is long gone now. There are so many social catalysts to set them off now.

@IAJO163 And we have a whole slew of drugs that can alter that kind of behavior.

@Spinliesel The question remains as to how do you kind them to administer the drugs? We don't know who until after they act.
