If she is talking,,, I'm changing the channel...

This, so far is the only report I have seen about how Russia has been trying to develop missiles that are propelled by (flying) nuclear reactors. The U.S. considered this back in the 1950's and discarded it as a REALLY BAD idea. The "accident and explosion in Northern Russia seems to prove this. However, still Russia is developing nuclear reactors to fly onboard to propel missles... and she seems to be the only one talking about it.
