I'm on a seafood diet when I'm hungry if I see food I eat it which is generally made by my own hand.

Humas- only from Israel. And lots of pork, uh, yea, he is a xtion not a jew.

Any evangelical diet must include a slab of bacon.

Definitely a scam diet with questionable supplements. As with most diets, some people have success. People have lost weight on an all ice cream diet, doesnt make it healthy.
