QUESTION Secular charities

In case anyone is looking for secular charities to support, especially as we head into the holidays when everyone is a bit more in the giving spirit, I thought I'd share this list I found.

Although I acknowledge that religious organizations do a lot of good, too, I can't support many of them because of their position on various issues. I prefer to align myself with organizations that have nothing distracting from their charitable mission.

Thank you for the link! I also want nothing to do with supporting anything to do with religion when in order to get the gifts, they tie it to a religious service, convergence, prayer, etc.

Thanks for the info. I belong to a group of ladies who donates time by knitting lap blankets, scarves, hats for the veterans (Veterans Hospital).
They always need warm clothes because the treatment rooms are like freezers.
