This brings to mind the sci-fi books and movies I've read and seen displaying an apocalyptic society lives in a dome or is extremely isolated from the scourge of the apocalypse. Many questions surround this. Are we planning for an eventual disaster? What do we do if the saved animals overpopulate the planet?
