Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Fareed Zakaria investigated this and found over 95% of lobbyists in Washington are there to get tax laws changed. Over the decades they have chipped away and chipped away, and here we are. If they had the courage to redo the tax code the government would have the money to do what needs to be done and eliminate most lobbyists. Win/Win
