McConnell LIghts Up Some Kentucky Blue Grass as State Governorship goes to Democrat
Too funny!
Senate leader needs something to dull the pain after his 2020 reelection chances just went up in smoke.
"The punishing loss for the Republican incumbent drove teetotaler McConnell to roll a huge joint of his favorite local blue grass and start toking away, stopping only to pass the doobie to an equally petrified Sen. Rand Paul and other state GOP leaders who were watching election returns along with him at his Louisville home.
"Asked if he thought his 2020 reelection chances would be hurt with a powerful new Democratic machine rolling through Kentucky, a stoned Sen. McConnell said only, “Pass the Oreos.”
