It's the GOP manipulation and control of the Electoral College that invited Trump and GOP to rig elections and reelections.

ANY system will be tried to be rigged by anyone who cares more for power than democracy. No system is perfect, and the more complex a voting system is the more chances there are for someone to take advantage of the systems weakness(s).

Just count the fucking votes.
