A couple of years ago I was getting my shingles vaccine. In the room was a world map and shown were different countries with different colors designating infectious disease proliferation. Much of Europe showed a big increase in Measles. So I asked why, Marge, the pharmacist said it is because a lot of European immigration comes from countries that have low to no vaccinations.
