This happened two houses down from me! I didn't have to evacuate but WAS told to remain inside my dwelling while this was taking place and at one point heard gunfire. IT was quite the drama in our usually quiet neighborhood. (Railroad Street adjoins the railroad AND the Urban Pathway which runs through town. Maybe that's why he went that way? But also one of the houses one RR has a long and sketchy history, though the father of the the dude who owns it claims he is making him fly right and clean things up. Idk.)
