WAS RUDOLPH A RED NOSER?

Rudolph was the victim of bullying & discrimination. The other reindeer called him names & excluded him from their games. He was singled out for harmful treatment.

Then Santa picked Rudolph to lead his team because of his red nose, the same characteristic that probably caused his exclusion

The song says the other reindeer shouted out in glee, "Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer, you'll go down in history".

But that's not how things work in the real world. They probably muttered, "Rudolph is a red noser"

But were they brown nosers who gave an outward show of approval to the boss's decision but seethed with anger

Love it! Rudolph - The True Existential Trials of Success Through Otherness.

If ever there was an alternative Rudolph story that is it.

Yes, Rudolph found success through his otherness, thanks to his boss's insight in making competitive advantage through diversity

Yep, its a fairy story. But interestingly, reindeer live in the coldest regions, and are the only deer with fur covering their noses, they would get frost bite if they did not have it. So red noses, and even the cover picture which shows the other deer with black noses are both wrong. LOL

Interesting insight--a red nose conveys evolutionary advantage
