Why do people say health is wealth? Like it get from a certain extent but wealth can buy you good health or treatments, right?

Some things money can't buy. (For the rest there's MasterCard). But you can do a lot more for yourself if you can afford to have a proper diet, learn how to manage stress, and exercise as needed. It's a lot easier to do those things when you can afford them.

Because if you have bad health , in the form of a chronic, incurable condition, no amount of money can make it go away. And an unfortunate health condition can effectively limit, or even eliminate your ability to enjoy a normal life, and also shorten the life you have !
