I’ve never understood the seasonal orbit or lunar locations. Given it’s like our November, for you, I think ‘our’ Winter Moon appears higher in the sky…
You may simply mean, it’s coming up over the trees … but having lived away from city lights, I loved how ‘our winter moon’ appeared to take the same track across the sky as ‘our summer sun’ … as our ‘summer sun’ was down there heating you..
