The Post Fact Checker and others have thoroughly debunked his claims about "tens of thousands" left standing outside, trying futilely to get in, when pictures taken by reporters and Twitter users during his rallies show maybe a few thousand people and sometimes nobody outside.

He also routinely lies about the audience sizes, claiming to have packed an arena with thousands more than it can hold. This is also something easily checked by asking the venue owners, the police, and the fire marshals who are actually in charge of attendance and public safety. Then again, public safety is something we know takes a back seat to the Donald's ego.
