It is also a wedge that will allow future discrimination based on religious beliefs.
I'll have to read more on this, but it seems to me this sets a precedent that could allow an employer from providing -any- coverage if it goes against their religious views, or even if they so much as -say- it goes against their religious views even if said views are not the consensus of their religion in general. That is, it could become a free-for-all for an employer to dictate what coverage they provide employees.
