Such simple generalisation are at best platitudes, at worst open to abuse.
Without setting parameters and without considering variables such statements as the OP are only sound bites and pseudo-wisdom

A foolish winner can be wise, and a wise loser can be foolish, but maybe I am seeing it in an angle which was not to be looked at. I agree with you for the most part my friend.
