If the reporting can be believed, candidate Watkins made some really dumb mistakes. Fraud has yet to be proved; incompetence is certain.

He voted in the wrong district. He didn't vote twice, he didn't cast a vote for someone else. If I'm correct that is not a felony. Nothingburger.
