I did read it that way when I first saw it, the headline. Then I caught the error.

It sounds like a good book to look into. I guess it hasn't been released yet.

GOP thinks if people are safe at home and able to pay their bills they'll get lazy. We want to give them barely enough to exist so they are forced to come back to work and take a chance infecting their family and themselves.
