Adversity and chaos seem to be building and multiplying every day. Perhaps I am looking at things too negatively. The events happening now can not be ignored but how will it all end? Only time will tell.

True, but then the last fifty years have been especially peaceful and progressive, at least for the western world. Perhaps we are just getting back to normal.
