Some of the less well known but still serious fallout from the pandemic. You have to wonder if there will be a total economic, political and social recovery.

The world is constantly changing, sometimes more quickly in certain aspects. Businesses and countries have to adapt to these changes. These countries didn't rely on tourism always. If tourism doesn't recover or does so slowly, then these countries will likely suffer severe economic problems. That would be unfortunate but there's not really anything that can be done about it. No one was planning for a global pandemic.

We would prefer our distant cousins, such as the mosquito, not be tourists, because they carry diseases, yet we encourage tourism, because it's good business. There are lots more mosquitoes, fleece them while traveling.

Noted to her while talking with my mother ..yesterday - ‘I’m watching a plane in the sky!’ A passenger jet, likely out of DC.. Told her I’d usually see 3 at any given look up, but this one caught my eye -- as it’s the first I’ve noticed in weeks!

I know the Airline Industry's taking a serious hit.. With numerous canceled plans for this year, my families stayed grounded 😕
