"If it had been me (that Cohen had pranked at a red carpet ceremony) he would have been lying unconscious on the ground". Men with weak, or might I say cowardly, characters are generally tough-talking bullies to compensate.
And this is why he shouldn't have nuclear codes. Let's hope they gave him fake ones.
