Turkey is easy to make. It just takes all day, I'm only one person, I'd have to take all my pots and pans out of the oven and it would go bad before I could finish it. Years ago I bagged a Canadian Goose. That was a pain in the ass to cook. They produce so much fat, they're like an 18 lb pork belly. They make a gallon of grease that you have to keep pouring off. It was good though and I got two big coffee cans of goose fat.
