Are you still operating under the assumption he pays his debts? 😉

Well, he owes so much to banks that they would just foreclose and sue him. They aren't going to write off all that money.

@Theresa_N no, they won't- don't blame them. But I wrote that as it being yet another big, empty promise that he has no ability or intention to fulfill to get someone else to give him something he doesn't deserve. 🙂
