In the endless "gunz bad" dialogue, the particulars (you know, how laws are actually written) often get ignored.

And if it's not people trying to kill you, it's people treating it as a toy. It's as if they didn't think juggling circular saws was all that risky. This saddens me to no end. I wince at the shock this must have immediately generated. Too painful to even imagine.
