USA and China only fight wars of proxy. Russia has their occasional invasions, but mostly proxies as well like in Syria. Superpowers won't fight each other.

Right. Superpowers don’t want to use nukes and know they will.

@yvilletom I think probably a second tier nuclear power like PDRK or else some Muslim country will deploy an atomic weapon.
