The North American Buffalo only survived because the hunters didn't know of a few tiny herds hidden away by dumb luck. Do you think they CARED they were killing (apparently) the last few Buffalo on earth?

Of course not. Their major priority is taking contributions from K Street so that they can get reelected so that they can take more contributions from K Street
