LINK Virginia GOP Files Suit to Remove Terry McAuliffe From November Ballot

The Republican Party of Virginia on Thursday filed a lawsuit to remove Democratic gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe from the November ballot, alleging that his election paperwork failed to meet the official guidelines due to a missing signature, according to The Richmond Times-Dispatch.

They'll try anything, now that Trump's campaign opened the way to trying to settle elections through the courts instead of the ballot box. Make shit up? Sure, why not? And if McCauliffe wins, we can be sure of a spate of lawsuits the next day alleging voter fraud.
