My grandchildren are champing at the bit to get vaxxed. They will both qualify in October for the Pfizer vaccine, once it gets approval. They will feel so much better going to school (in person this year) after having a shot. My youngest will turn 5 in October and will be flying to Hawaii in November, so that would be awesome IF he could get vaxxed before the trip.

I kinda wish they might wait for the Moderna to be approved for kids, if it won't be too much of a wait, but sooner is better than later for whatever vaccine is available. Just seems like the Moderna has a longer lasting potency and might get tweaked to combat the newer variants.

Children get vaccines all the time.
