I don't use the term "alt-right". I call them what they are: racists,bigots, Neo-Nazis, thugs, , ......They are not going away, just that their LARGER movement (for now) seems to be losing momentum and support. But the groups themselves are still here, with their hate-filled members and still doing heinous acts.
