Not something I can eat. Seaweed is generally iodine heavy and that makes it a thyroid inhibitor. Those of us with thyroid problems need to avoid it.

Seaweed has good potential as a crop, and it does absorb CO2, but save the world, I doubt it.
I do enjoy eating dried seaweed.
